ONBOARDING PROCESS

Week 1-2: Our initial step is to do some research so we know where you are at, who you are and who you want to attract for your business.  The first two weeks we do a deep dive into your brand, business and social media analytics. This is one of the most important steps in the process and is compulsory.  The cost is equivalent to $200 per week for the Tasi package.

• Social media audit, research & recommendations which includes:
• Initial conversation to discuss and establish goals, targets and strategies
• Audit of statistics and account information including followers & demographic break down
• Optimal posting analysis Findings and recommendations including visual, target audience, reach & engagement insights, and suggested hashtag library
• Proposed grid layout + example captions

Week 3 &4: Commencement of Social Media Management as per agreed package

We suggest a 3 month contract so that we get to know your brand voice and make sure that you see the benefits of our services. During onboarding you will receive a contract and you will be able to choose the length.
