Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy:

If an order from our headquarters is placed before 2pm then we will make every effort to have it packed and ready to go to Australia Post on that day.  If it is placed after 2pm we will ensure your order is packed and ready to go on the next business day.

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Print on Demand Orders

Please read product description carefully.  Some products ship from Australia and others from the USA.  This will impact the shipping times.  Expect an additional 3 - 6 days for production in off-peak times and 9-12 days for production during peak times on top of shipping times.

Digital Orders

Digital orders are delivered directly within five minutes once order is received.  It is important that you leave an email address as this is how you will receive your product.

FREE SHIPPING to all of Australia.

Flat rate of $10 for all international orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our couriers usually send a message via text or email the day they are expected to deliver your package.  Please contact them if you will not be there to accept the package to arrange another delivery time.  If not, the courier will place the order in a safe place or leave a card for you to collect at a later date.

Please note: Measina is not liable if the parcel is lost or stolen. Please contact the authorities in your local area if you believe it has been stolen.
