MEA'AI SAMOA: Samoan Food
The MEA'AI SAMOA incursion program teaches students how to make a Samoan dish called Sua Fa'i. It is an all-natural, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free dish that can be enjoyed as a breakfast, lunch and even evening meal.
The MEA'AI SAMOA incursion runs for 45 mins. It includes all the ingredients. It is aimed at primary and high school students. Maximum per group is 30 students and a kitchen is needed for food preparation.
