Contractor Virtual Assistant (you must hold an ABN)

Measina Treasures of Samoa are currently seeking a committed and passionate Virtual Assistant Contractor to work with to ease our daily load. You will be required to hold your own ABN (or equivalent for your country).

Responsibilities

assist with writing and scheduling newsletters in Mailchimp and Mailerlite
write, load and schedule blogs in Shopify
write and schedule social media posts for Instagram and Facebook using Creator Studio
create content using Canva
schedule meetings and appointments
research relevant topics as required
general administrative tasks

Key Selection Criteria

Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, judgement and discretion and to work under pressure.
Capable of working in an environment that requires confidentiality.
Excellent memory, eye for detail and proven history of accurate work.
Knowledge of Samoan language and culture.
Reliable internet service.
